Received this product early and in great condition! I tried it right away and I'm pretty impressed. It's not as easy as getting a pedicure at the salon, but with 3 kids and a full time job, who has time for that! I timed myself and it took approximately 10 minutes per foot to get most of the dry skin off. The motor will stop if you push too hard as well as running the rechargeable battery down quicker. You actually don't need a too much pressure for it to work, just move it back and forth like you would a sander. It's easy to hold and easy to change the pads when they run down. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for something to keep their feet sandal ready without spending a ton of money for pedicures!

This product is FANTASTIC!!! I had horrible calluses on my feet because I go barefoot a lot. They were dry and ugly! I got my PumPedi and used it the same day. It took me about 15 minutes...but my feet are soft & smooth!! They haven't felt like this in YEARS!! I also put some foot repair lotion on with socks at bedtime and that made them even softer! What a great product! Wish I'd bought it sooner!

stopped working after a year, won't hold a charge, and doesn't work when plugged in. sent 2 requests so far for help with the "lifetime warranty" and have yet to hear back from anyone. it worked great while it actually worked though.

This item totally quit charging after only 3 months and wouldn't hold a charge for very long at all. It did do a good job when it was working. I am now purchasing a different brand that appears to be more reliable.

I bought the rechargeable/corded because a friend has a battery operated model that slows down quite a bit....and who wants to keep buying batteries? After reading reviews of other brands I chose this brand...I have never bought or used a product like this before. I was fairly happy with it upon its initial usage but had a few questions. When I contacted the manufacturer I was pleasantly surprised that they were AWESOME about their customer service. Everything was handled quick and efficiently and I could tell they wanted me to be happy with their products. This is hard to come by nowadays. I love this thing. It works wonders on my heels (which are disgusting) but be careful using it on spots on toes where there is healthy skin close by - if it gets pushed too hard on the healthy skin it can hurt. Just slow and steady and works great - It's basically a sander and, like a sander, you don't push too hard or it'll stop. Great purchase if I say so myself!

Great tool; addictive. Holds charge very well but I do leave it plugged in all the time when not in use. Feet smoother & almost ready for sandal season!
