Amazon Basics Hyper Permanent Refillable Adhesive

This adhesive is not at all permanent. Everything I hung with it fell down after only one day of being up. I even tried just using it for taping a damaged book, and it came apart.

It sticks fine at first....but you go back to your project a month later and it is coming up. Scor Tape works better.

I usually like the Amazon branded products. But this dispenser came in a box with no instructions and is NOT intuitive to use. I probably wasted several applications trying to get the hang of the cutter, which is wimpy at best. Not a fan, I'm sorry I ordered refills when I bought it.

I am sure the adhesive works well, why do you not sell the apparatus that holds the refill? The picture above looks like it would be the holder for the refills but when I ordered it, it was just the refill. Now I have four refills, ordered three previously but I cannot use them. Can anyone please help me on this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Glenda Cordrey

I don't know where they get the idea this is "hyper" permanent. Mash it down, apply lots of pressure, burnish, it still comes apart. The tape doesn't stick well at the beginning and end of the application. It lifts at the beginning when you start to apply it, and very often keeps dispensing when you pull the roll away. Nice concept, poor execution. Now stuck with the dispenser and 2 refills I'll probably never use up. Just not worth it.

I liked how the used rolled up easily a lot better than other comparable products and felt nice and comfortable in your hand while in use

This works well, the only drawback would be that it is wide which makes it hard to apply tape to skinny little pieces.

the first time I used it it kept jamming and wouldn't roll. It totally quit at first use. not worth my time or money.
