Reasonable ship time, Covid considered... easy to install! Now, I'm no audiophile, but I am a classic rock lover from the early 60s to the mid 90s. (Back then, we just called it hard rock), lol... I've seen more than my fair share of the pioneers live, and even dabbled in a couple of bsmt bands, LOL! I've also had many different systems over the years, so I know good from bad sound! And these speakers are VERY impressive for their size!! In a perfect world, I would've sprung for the 8" so I could push them a little more, but I had an idea that these would be enough for a 14' Whaler! Not disappointed, for only 6.5", they rock!! My seats are on top of 2 small storage lockers, which make for perfect speaker boxes! They're wrapped w carpet to kill the echo, but they get great reflex from them being fiberglass. They def. have the capability to "piss off the neighbors", lol! Haven't been on the lake with the motor wide open yet, but have a pretty good idea we'll be able to hear our music even at WOT. Paired with a Kenwood head unit, with 200W and more settings than a 747, this little whaler is definitely gonna have us grinning... can't wait to get out there!! Tnx RF and Amazon... VERY HAPPY!!

I bought these to replace the outdoor speakers on my holiday trailer as mine were cracked and weathered. These were slightly large magnets on the back, so the original opening had to expanded slightly on each hole to allow the new speakers to fit. The sound quality is GREAT!! 100% happy with the quality and sound from these little speakers. We do have these tied into our amplifier for a little more power and performance, but you could tie them direct to a deck/head unit if needed. Very happy that they are outdoor/marine speakers so they will stand up to the elements and sound good for years to come! Highly recommend if you’re in need of replacement outdoor speakers for your trailer, boat, or anything else outdoors!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound from these speakers including solid bass. In terms of sound, they are as good as my old school, made in Japan Sony speakers and light years ahead of the terrible modern day Sonys. Let's see if the Rockford Fosgates last for twenty six years of year round use like my old Sonys did.

Replace 4 old clarion speaker in my boat Just wow about the power and quality of sound

They were slight larger then the old ones in the boat so trimming the holes an 1/8th inch larger is a pain.

The install wasn't "smooth" not because of the speakers because of the Fiberglass and plywood where I installed them. I needed to make a larger hole then I had with a larger whole saw (not simple as there is not a great way to center) That said though they are the best sounding speaker I have installed on my boat (30' sailboat) They are exposed to the weather, sun, rain and the occasional foot, lets see how they do. I have had many less expensive speaker die in the same location. So-far though I'm very impressed!
