Should work just perfect. Has what I need . Just have to wait till I get time to purchase the wire .

This is required when wiring copper to aluminum. It prevents aluminum corrosion.

I use this stuff on trains / LRVs professionally. After seeing how well it works at minimizing hot slots and arcing at 800vdc, I started using it on my vehicles, battery bank (48v 1600Ah) interconnects, solar panel connections, etc. Works well in Houston TX environment, as well as at the beach house (solar) and associated salt air environment.

Very good product. This is one of several brands of wire connection antioxidant compound that I use here in my work, and it is pretty good. my one complaint is that when the container is allowed to sit for any length of time over about 4 months at room temperature, the compound starts to separate, and a nearly-clear to yellowish oil-like compound (perhaps a solvent?) accumulates on top of the product left in the bottle. Thus, the next time that I attempt to invert the bottle and squeeze out some of the compound, I often end up with the distasteful situation that the first 10 or 20 drop out of bottle consist primarily of this clear-to-yellowish liquid, and it must be discarded. This is annoying.

I honestly can't imagine NOT using this product on anything where aluminum wiring is being utilized. The attributes of this product greatly help to reduce oxidation on termination points, making these junctions safer, more dependable and certainly longer lasting. The product was packaged very well, strong box, no damage or spills and it's the genuine deal.

What I needed most people don’t understand it stops the aluminum from oxidizing

super easy product to work with... easy to apply on wires directly, or fill wire nuts with. Had to make my house safer to prevent overheating and breakdown from aluminum wire and so far, this has really helped... haven't seen any melted wire nuts so far when using this, although I know I wirenuts to combine different types of metal isn't the best idea. But either way, seems to work and I dont see any faster degradation. Anything to make aluminum wiring safer!

I bought this to use on the threads of my Provari 3 personal vaporiser as part of a regular maintenance routine. Works like a treat. The Provari now has a much improved IQ (Input Quality) and the threads are as smooth as butter. A little goes a long way so I think my 4Oz bottle should last quite a while.
