Love this product!
The bla-blah on the side of the bottle suggests this is an 'energy enhancer' .. also that its perfect for 'managing stress' (StressCare .. right?). Have you ever rested your head on the pillow at night but your mind would not quit 'running lists'? going over all the stuff you have to do tomorrow, what you didn't get done today, what's coming up next week?? Meanwhile ,the rest of you is lying there, patiently waiting for your brain to shut up so you can go to sleep .. right? Himalaya StressCare is what I have found helpful for resolving that situation. Just one capsule usually puts me in a snooze till morning .. if there's a LOT of brain static, I might resort to two. Perhaps that's what they meant by giving you more energy: StressCare manages all those 'frazzled loose ends' running around in your mind so you can focus on whatever one thing is important .. like a good nite's sleep .. Occasionally I take one capsule during the day (NEVER TWO .. 2 will put me to sleep where I'm standing!!!) .. it's all ayurvedic .. all natural .. no toxic ingredients .. no drugs .. just ingredients that your body can relate to. They've been inching up on the price a bit, but if you put it on Amazon's Subscribe and Save, you'll be confident of getting the best price out there .. and you'll never run out!

Excellent supplement in today's age, helps with my anxiety
Excellent supplement in today's day and age, received them shattered in the box but Amazon came to the rescue and refunded for the purchase. But no complaints from the product itself.

Great Value for Stress Relief
I can be a little skeptical about supplements but these are amazing. I have an intense, high stress career and work an average of 75 hours a week. Add in this year and I was feeling run down and overly stressed every day. I noticed a difference in how I felt within two days of taking these. I didn’t feel tired or weird, but just much more at work ease. In fact, my boss actually inquired how I was able to take on so much and perform so well and I gave the credit to this StressCare supplement. He is taking them now as well. The ingredients are, in fact, good for just what I needed in regard to filling my anxiety without inhibiting my intellectual acuity. I will be a long time customer and I am now looking into more of their products.

Smooths out a high-strung personality.
This product is great. I am a "high strung" person, and tend to freak out over minor things when I get overwhelmed with stress. I had been taking this for two weeks when I suddenly realized that I was in the middle of a very stressful day, but was somehow managing it ok when in a normal situation I'd be struggling to maintain my emotions! It was quite an eye opener and made me a true believer in the product. Since then I use it tonically - when I know a stressful period is coming up, I'll start up (such as the holidays), but will sometimes take breaks or lower the dose during restful times (my job is cyclical, so there are weeks of much less stress vs periods of intensity). This product is an "adaptogen" meaning that it helps your body perform at optimal levels while under stress. I wouldn't expect an immediate reaction with this product, as it takes time for your body to adapt to that level. It doesn't "make" your body do anything, but rather supports its ability to cope with stressful situations. Either way, I love this product - it's great being on an even level in times of hardship!

Undecided
For a few days after I started taking this, I definitely had a sense that I had more energy, and that I was better able to get things done around the house, whereas before I would generally have a stressful day at work and just want to come home and veg out. If these do work, and it wasn't just a placebo effect, they have their limits. My stress at work escalated, and I ended up resigning because I was just under way too much stress. For the price, they're definitely worth trying, and if you're just trying to bolster yourself against typical day-to-day stress, they'll likely help. If you're under really extreme stress at work or home, your mileage may vary. Four stars because it seemed to help with the typical stuff that people are going to be using them for. It's not a prescription drug, after all.
