The down fall they dont come with the solt side only the velcro part. So beware when purchasing.

It is a three star because of what I've explained in this review and in my part failure to read the title. However if there is a way to buy 100 soft sides before this Saturday October 6th[2018], this will become a five star.------I had bought these at retail store and loved had it included a hook and a soft side.Then I found these online and had dissapoinment today, because these are only hook only. Usually good about reading the specifics, but failed to notice it was hook only.Spent the past 10 mins looking for a link so I can buy 100 soft sides for these now 100 hooks I honestly don't have any use for and planing to return.I looked at "Frequently bought together", "Customers who bought this item also bought", "Compare with similar items", even clicked the blue link above the price called "VELCRO Brand".Even on Velcro brand store I'm having trouble finding what I want despite it seemingly being a nice page, but it doesn't really have good options for searching their store. It needs a search bar and a section of "Refine by" and I'm not talking about those tabs at the top with words. They are good, but I've failed to find what I'm looking for regardless.Maybe I just suck at searching. Who knows.

I thought I read the description thoroughly but somehow missed that it is hook only. Velcro is the brand name for hook AND loop so you need the matching loop only which I have not been able to find. What does that mean? This item is pretty useless and I opened the package before I realized it so I can’t return it. Learn from my mistake.

This is just what my wife was looking for to use in the classroom at school, she uses them for the preschool children to place name tags in locations in the room, on charts for how they are feeling that day, meal time seating arrangement,and assigned tasks for the day, they do this to help them develop their word/name identification and reading skills. she uses the loop part of the velcro for the tags and changes the theme/style of the tags to make it more interesting for the kids, (also due to the wear and tear the tags go through in a short period of time), we have tried to reuse the dots but they stick so well to the laminated tags that it is like wrestling a bear to get them to come off, (which is a testament to the quality of the product), this 100 dot loop only pack saves us from buying so many of the combo packs and having 100s of unused hook dots, thanks for making this product available at a reasonable price with free shipping

BE AWARE: These are HOOK only, NOT LOOP! I had no idea what this meant - these are all the rough side so they won't stick together, you have to purchase loop (the fuzzier side) separately or order a product that contains both (I'm not even sure you can buy loop only?). I got something similar for cheaper at JoAnn Fabrics near the sewing stuff since this item didn't entirely work for me. Other than my fault when ordering and misunderstanding, the product sticky-back is very sticky so that works well, and I used these hook coins with the loop squares I purchased separately. So, good product, but read what these are before you purchase for your particular project.

I love these!! I use them every year on my student's desks. I put one side on the corner of their desk and the other on a laminated name tag. That way my students have their name on their desk, but when we change desks we don't have to move the desks, just the name tag and belongings. I have found this to be the easiest way to change seats. Now if only my 2nd graders wouldn't play with their name tags and lose them...

I purchased this item to store my domed ink blending tools. I attached a velcro dot to my storage container then attached a dome to the velcro hook side (domes come with the Velcro loop side). The storage container holds 24 domes.

These are a perfect size to use for my display board, having just the hook only means I am not wasting anything.

The Velcro brand never fails to be number one.
