The only probiotic for my son with dairy allergy
My son is allergic to dairy (among many other things) and reacts to even probiotics derived from dairy.My friends in pharmaceutical company recommended these as a safe option for him and this probiotic brought him almost immediate relief - no more globs of mucus in his diapers as we trialed new foods. Jarrow is a good brand for probiotics, these tablets were to hard for the children to chew.hence one star.

Good for health but my kid's not a fan of the taste
Bought it to support my 8-year-old's gut health after antibiotic use. Too early to for us to comment on the long-term health benefits but she first described the taste as similar to strawberry yogurt, but she's been struggling to finish her doses, taking longer than usual—she's generally not picky. We're continuing it for the potential health benefits and hope she gets used to the flavor with time.
