Best for my toddler!
Okay, I need to give a review about this sunscreen so that other parents out there would know what to get for their kids. I had a hard time looking for one as I didn’t know what would suit my son’s skin. For reference, my son is asian 2yo, light brown skin complexion, we live in california and the sun’s heat here could be really bad. I applied this on his skin 15-20mins before we head out, easy application and glides well. Not too smooth but not too sticky either and then I even it out on his skin using fingers. White casts yes, there will be. But that’s okay as long as he won’t get burned given he really hates wearing a hat. Sun protection was awesome, he stayed under the sun for more than an hour, swing, slide run, no sunburn, he didnt looked fried compared before when i still couldnt find the right product for his face. No skin reactions either. Rashes or anything crazy— take note my son’s skin hate anything scented, we even use non fragrance detergent for clothes and his body wash is unscented too. I bought him the thinkbaby brand before, the white packaging tube. He didnt like it on his face probably because it is lightly orange scented so we ended up using that on his lower legs and arms instead, still works okay. yes, the product may be too small. But i think this is intended to be used for the face which you don't really need a whole lot. I hope this helps any parents who are still undecided what sunscreen to get for their kids.

Perfect on-the-go sunscreen for babies — gentle, mess-free, and reliable!
We’ve been using Blue Lizard BABY Mineral Sunscreen Stick all summer, and I can honestly say it’s become a diaper bag essential. As a parent, finding a sunscreen that’s both safe and easy to apply is a must — and this little stick delivers on both. • No mess, no drama: The stick format makes application so easy, especially on wiggly babies. No spills, no greasy hands, no crying over sunscreen in the eyes. • Super gentle: My baby has sensitive skin, and this formula doesn’t cause any irritation or redness. The fragrance-free part is a huge plus. • Reef-safe and mineral-based: I love that it uses zinc oxide and skips all the chemical filters. It gives me peace of mind knowing it’s safe for both my baby and the environment. • Water-resistant & high SPF: We’ve used it at the pool and beach, and it holds up well even after splashing and sweating. SPF 50+ is exactly what I want for delicate baby skin. • Compact & travel-friendly: The .5 oz size is perfect for throwing in the stroller, car seat organizer, or diaper bag. It lasts surprisingly long for the size. If you’re looking for a safe, effective, and stress-free sunscreen option for your baby, this is a no-brainer. The stick makes reapplication quick and tear-free, and the mineral formula gives great protection without any sketchy ingredients. We’ll be repurchasing for sure!

Get This! The Best Mineral Sunscreen for Baby!
I did so much research before choosing a sunscreen, and I absolutely love this one. Blue Lizard goes on smoothly with no white cast, which is rare for a mineral formula. I feel so much better using a mineral sunscreen since it sits on top of the skin instead of absorbing into baby’s skin. This has become our go-to—effective, gentle, and totally worth it!

Cap turns blue to warn about UV level
Recommended by a family member. It's saved our little one (<1year) when the UV changed to 4 while we were outside. It's a little greasy, we don't care. It's wonderful and so handy to have. With summer on the way, it's a must have for our family members with kids.

Blue Lizard Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50
As a parent, protecting my baby’s sensitive skin from the sun is a top priority, and Blue Lizard Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 has quickly become my go-to sunscreen for the little one. Here’s why I love it: Gentle & Safe for Sensitive Skin: This sunscreen is formulated specifically for babies, and you can really tell. The mineral formula (with zinc oxide) is gentle and non-irritating, which is perfect for my baby’s delicate skin. I’ve used other sunscreens in the past that left my baby’s skin red or irritated, but this one is gentle and soothing, even on the most sensitive areas like the face. High SPF Protection: SPF 50 is ideal for providing strong protection against harmful UV rays, which gives me peace of mind when we’re out and about. Whether we’re at the beach, in the park, or just going for a walk, I feel confident knowing my baby is well-protected from the sun. Water-Resistant & Long-Lasting: I love that it’s water-resistant for up to 40 minutes, which is super helpful when we’re in the pool or playing in the water. I only need to reapply after that time, so I don’t have to worry about constant reapplication. It stays in place well, even on humid days or after sweating, which is a big plus for active little ones. Easy to Apply: The sunscreen goes on smoothly and doesn’t leave a thick, greasy residue like some mineral sunscreens do. It’s easy to rub in, and while it can leave a slight white cast (since it’s a mineral formula), it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave my baby looking overly pale. It’s also fragrance-free, which is another great feature for sensitive skin. Eco-Friendly Packaging: I really appreciate that Blue Lizard is a brand that cares about the environment. The packaging is made from recyclable materials, and they use eco-conscious practices, which makes me feel better about using their products. Perfect For: Babies and children with sensitive skin Outdoor activities, beach trips, and pool days Parents who prefer mineral sunscreens over chemical ones Eco-conscious families Final Thoughts: I highly recommend Blue Lizard Baby Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50 to any parent looking for a reliable, gentle, and effective sunscreen for their little one. It’s safe, long-lasting, and provides excellent protection against the sun. This sunscreen has given me confidence that my baby’s skin is safe, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing!

Good baby sunscreen - does leave a little white though
We got this for our 6 month old for our trip to Cancun since it was going to be his first time in that much sun. Our pediatrician recommended this brand since it was one with only Zinc Oxide that was recommended for him at this young age. The sunscreen was easy to put on, there wasn't a smell, and it was water resistant, but the only issue was that it did leave a bit of a white case after putting on. Overall though great product when travelling.
