I'd love to say these work, but 2 weeks trying them, and they seem to be very low and take forever to work. Move on and try a different brand..

This is a natural diuretic that can help with water retention. I like the fact that the main ingredients are calcium and potassium which are known to reduce your risk of fluid retention. The pills are small and round and easy to swallow, the instructions say to take 2 pills at night with 8 ounces of water. I have been taking the pills when I know I'm more likely to be bloated such as when I'm on my period and noticed a difference in my water retention. Unlike prescription water pills these did not make me have to pee constantly which is a good thing. You get 3 bottles and each bottle comes with 90 tablets which makes this a great value.

Don’t work. Don’t waste ur money

These have helped me with my water retention. I have a bad problem retaining water thanks to having to take steroids for my lungs. This has helped me better than Lasix.
