Q: Has anyone been able to find replacement stakes for these?

Not yet. I even went to the manufacturers website and tried to stay a chart with customer service and no one ever replied. Very frustrating. I hate to have to buy 24 new solar lights but I'll be buying a different brand with the . 83" diameter because you can find those size stakes everywhere.

Q: I have the lights but need to replace the ground poles and stakes. Where can I purchase them?

I would look on Amazon to see if they have replacements.

They should be under warranty by the company. Notify them through email. They are very good in responding and replacing if still under warranty.

I used pc pipe and then put the stakes on top to give them more height and stability Not bad for a girl
