Not polarized lenses, just the 1.5 readers on bottom portion of lens

Can the lenses be replaced

It would cost more to replace than just buying new ones. The lenses do come out and I have swapped lenses from pairs where I have scratched one side on one pair and the other side on a different pair. So far I have owned about 15 pair in the last 1 1/2 years

Is there an option for the whole lens to have the RX 2.5 instead of just bifocal?

Yes, mine are 2.5. That should be an option when you purchase them.

Do these safety glasses meet or exceed the ansi z87 safety glass impact resistance requirements?
