This faucet looks fine and performs excellently. It came with a very good glossy multi page installation guide that gave detailed installation instructions, drawings and a parts list. It also came in an excellently designed box. This showed me the manufacturer took pride in its products. It also came with a 3/8” quick connect fitting. The instructions were for a 3/8" water line. This was a replacement for my old reverse osmosis faucet which used a ¼ inch water line and a compression fitting. When I removed my original water line from my old faucet, I noticed it was a compression fitting with a compressed plastic sleeve under the stainless attachment nut. The old line compression nut fit this new faucet. Even though this new faucet wasn't concave on the end of the stem, I attached my old line anyway and using moderate tightening, it holds water pressure with no leaks. The photo shows the original ¼ inch water line and the original compression fitting attached to the Kraus faucet stem. Kraus also has a good web site called kraususa for registering your product and troubleshooting. So far, I am quite pleased with this product. Note: This faucet has a lifetime warranty. I was not able to register my product for warranty coverage because part of the registration required a batch number which was on the box it came in. I threw the box away before I tried to register for the warranty. So register your product before you throw away the box it came in.

We had our kitchen countertop redone last year and changed out the faucet colors. I read all kinds of reviews and decided that this was the one. It has been so good to use. The color matched our sink faucet perfectly. It was easy to install, and have had no water pressure issues or leaks. It cleans up good with just a wipe down. Doesn’t leave any water-spots. I think we got a great value for the price. On top of all that, it’s beautiful!

I am impressed with this faucet! It looks way better in person and it feels like a high quality product. My husband installed it 2 months ago and it's been great! Doesn't feel flimsy at all and I was worried about that. The handle is sturdy. It hasn't dripped or leaked. Very satisfied!

I bought this Kraus Purita faucet to deliver filtered water as a companion to our Kraus Bolden kitchen sink faucet (both pictured installed). They look great together, and the Purita works well, once it's installed. That said, the installation was difficult, because of the odd size of the water connector. I wrongly assumed that it would have a standard 3/8-in. screw-on connection, like both the Kraus Bolden faucet and my water filter. (Had I read the previous reviews here, I would have seen others complaining about this too.) The Purita will only connect, though, to a 3/8 plastic tubing (not included). I had to go to the hardware store and buy a roll of plastic tubing and a compression adapter to connect it to the standard connection of the water filter. A picture of this Frankenstein combination is above. Kraus support is virtually non-existent on their website. There's some information buried in a big Q&A forum for all their filter products, but good luck finding it. This incompatibility of connections seems to be a frequent complaint of customers, which could have been avoided by including standard connections with the faucet (like they do with other products).

My previous faucet had such high pressure that it splashed water everywhere, making it a nuisance when filling a glass. The KRAUS Purita provides a perfect balance – strong enough for efficient use but gentle enough to prevent splashing. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase so far!
