Edit: 20 Nov 2023. I use this frequently, and sometimes extra heavy usage ie Halloween & Christmas bath bombs/soaps. Today is the first time I’ve had to change the heating element/strip so it’s done well - 8months or so of frequent / heavy use. I knew heating element was going as had to turn up. Would recommend changing before it stops completely. Forgot to mention before it comes with a couple of spare strips & it’s definitely easy to change. Be aware you will need a smallish size screwdriver to undo the case. Back to sealing Christmas bath bombs/ end edit. This is fabulous for me - I make bath bombs, soaps etc ( not a professional but for family & friends). I have used many different small / mini type sealers, some of which have been ok, some have been absolutely useless. My own fault, never bought an impulse sealer before as thought - as non professional - small sealers would be ok. Which they’re not. And took so so long. And don’t always seal properly or evenly. Admittedly maybe small sealers just aren’t designed to seal several bags at a time? Using for the occasional bag would be ok? This was a game changer today when had just a dozen bath bombs to seal. Very easy to use, very quick, sealed properly, neatly & so very very quickly!! Instead of taking ages, hard work & not so neat with a small sealer. It’s very easy to use. I’d recommend starting on a low temp setting to test out - especially if using thin bags. The instructions could possibly do with being a bit better written / translated - especially if someone has never used an impulse sealer before - however, it is clear enough, even for a novice, if read properly & do a practice bag seal to test temp level. This worked fabulously well & so easy to use. I won’t be sealing hundreds a day, but it will be used regularly for smaller amounts. I chose it after reading many reviews for similar priced impulse sealers so it will be interesting to see how long it lasts . Right now, I’m doing the happy dance as it made sealing considerably easier, neater, and much quicker for me.

So far the item has been great and easy to use. I use it for my business so have used it a lot and it is very sufficient and has quick and effective sealing.it is good for sandwich bags and bubble wrap.it is safe and has power off protection function .the heat works well. Overall I’m very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.

This product does what it says - it heat seals bags. I've had it for 3 months now and so far sealed approx 500-700 bags with it. As you can see in the photo, the heating element is already starting to burn through the protective layer. The listing says this machine should be able to do 10,000 bags, but I'm very doubtful of that. Only time will tell. In terms of build quality, the machine is plastic and feels flimsy. I was expecting it to be made from a sturdy metal but misread the listing so that's my fault. It works as intended. You hold down the handle, wait a few seconds until the light clicks off, then release the handle. Overall it does what it's supposed to do and it hasn't broken yet, but I think the price is a bit high for the build quality of the product.

I bought one of these in April 2020 and have just had to change the heating strip. I have used it every couple of weeks to seal maybe 20 to 40 bags at a time and it's lasted all this time.

Its a lovely product. I will recommend this to everyone. With a good and better quality

Had this for a month and probably sealed about 300 bags, today it died! It was brilliant at the start, quiet and efficient. Today it sounded like a plane taking off, got through 20 bags until stopped working completely. Changed the heat element, nothing. Piece of cheap garbage and would avoid buying!

This is a replacement as we dropped our last one which we had for four years until someone dropped it on the end end and smashed the switch it was that Mr Noboddy did it

The sealer is easy to use, although who ever decided that the instruction booklet had acceptable level of English and right amount of information - needs to review that again. The sealer started to show sign of burnt mark after about 100 seals, with quite a bit of time in between each seals. So I wonder how long this is going to last. edit* although the quality of this is not great, the seller did reach out to show responsibility unlike many others.
