Organic Lemon Peel Granules (US) by Starwest Botanicals

Love it. It's great for chicken dish but also good to put on salad as topping. I was told someone makes a lemon tea out of this.....

The product has a strong odor. The protein provided is less than my previous brand.

The lemon peel smells funny compared to another brand I previously bought. Unfortunately this item is not eligible for returns either.

So disappointed! Baked some muffins, used more than one tablespoon and got no flavor whatsoever. I can taste a vague lemony/bitter/stale flavor, but only if I eat it right out of the bag. No smell either. I don't usually write reviews, but wanted to caution people not to buy, particularly for baking.

This lemon peel is great for recipes that call for it. It's a delight to cook with this and i will be a repeat customer. Thanks

Very tasty. Excellent!Update: I've ordered this several times but the last one I got the granules were much much much bigger than normal, far too big, making this batch useless. Why the inconsistency in granule size between orders??

This works almost as we'll as the real thing. If you do a lot of baking like I do, you save your fingers from grating peels and save money since you don't have to buy dozens of citrus products. I like the fact that this is grown and dried from citrus that hasn't been treated with chemicals or pesticides.
