I purchased this duplexer to use a vhf mobile radio and a uhf dmr handheld to share the same dual band antenna and it works as it should. I actually receive more repeaters and have further range with 2 meter simplex than before. Both of my club's repeaters (VHF analog and UHF DMR) are 21 miles from my location and I have no problem with tx or rx with them. I'm thinking the reviewer that stated "It's a dummy load" must have gotten a defective unit, because the one I purchased works great, and it's nice to now have the ability to monitor 2m and 70cm at the same time with two radios and one antenna.

The seller was on time and product is good quality. I, unfortunately didn’t read the title more carefully as I needed HF/(VHF/UHF) for a triband radio.

Item worked well.No issues at all. Was easy to install and was packaged good. Deliver was good with no issues whatsoever. Use it daily.

I have had this in use with an NX5700 and NX5800 at full power for over 18 months with no complaint. I use this in conjunction with the Comet HAM/GMRS antenna. Works well everywhere I need it.

This product is very nice, if you want to put a vhf rig and a uhf rig on one antenna. It lets you use 1 antenna for 2 radios. They must be VHF and UHF radios.
