Lexar JumpDrive S33 16GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive LJDS33-16GASBNA (Teal)

Bought several of these to transfer, sort and store photos. I like the small hole at the top so flash drive can be labeled and stored.

Although the listing specifies that this item is Teal, you may get a random color. I specifically searched for teal to match my business branding and got purple. The item functions as it should.

Gave this as a gift to a friend of mine. Like the 3.0 because it is much faster than the 2.0. Small and no cap to lose.

This JumpDrive is very cheaply made. I thought it would be great to purchase a JumpDrive that swiveled closed when not in use. Unfortunately, the whole thing is plastic and is very difficult to open and close. Additionally, the USB connection is very thin plastic and can easily break. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

Its small, fast, and has a great capacity. The only drawback is that I think it is a little flimsy. I would not trust to keep it on a keychain or anywhere it might get banged around.

Product was as described and it is at least twice as fast as a USB2.0. Like that I can not lose the cover.

A nice little drive made mediocre by low quality materials.It's smaller and twice as fast as the previous year's very popular S73 model, while selling for about the same price. It fits easily in my jeans coin pocket for everyday carry, and I really like the swivel design to keep the plug from collecting lint without a separate cap to lose. It's not the fastest USB 3.0 stick around, but it's pretty good at over 100MB/s read and 50MB/s write, and should be fine for all but really big data copies.But... it's made entirely of pretty cheap-feeling plastic. Good quality plastic would've been fine, but this feels thin and brittle like it'll crack if you squeeze it a little too hard or bend it a little too much in the socket.Could be a good value if you like the small convenient size and can take a little care when using it.

I too was sucked in because of the price and the storage size and because it was a Lexar. I doubt it will last long. Another thing i have noticed as soon as i tried to use it.. is that the storage size is only 29.8Gb total and NOT 32GB as advertised. I have several USB drives of the same brand bought at physical stores and they have been good for years. If you need something that will last longer than a few months get something else and spend some more money.
