I bought this laptop and it was unusable about a week after I took it out of the box. All I used the laptop for is school work and browser began erasing what I type and all icons on desktop were blinking/freezing. Contacted seller and they sent me a link to a YouTube video to fix it, which I already looked up myself and it was unsuccessful. I also had to work with Amazon to do the return as the seller was unhelpful. Save yourself time and go somewhere like Best Buy.

The computer is fine and works well, however, it is not a touchscreen! I bought it primarily for that reason. The information needs to be updated to indicate this.

After two days of review of dozens of laptops, this checked off every box that I needed. Did not come with the mouse that it stated that it would. Looks great, love the speed, and sounds great. Best bang for your buck. I recommend.

This is a great laptop. It is lightweight and fast. Perfect for granddaughter’s online school.

This computer has the worse battery I have ever seen on a computer. If I could I would return it. The battery lasts about 30 min on a full charge. Skip this one!!

No logro trabajar con Microsoft Office, cuando la compré decía que tenia instalado Window, pero no tiene Office?. No he podido utilizar la computadora para los trabajos del colegio de mi hija.
