WonderSlim Protein Soup, Chicken & Vegetable Cream, 12g Protein, No Fat (7ct)

First off the flavor is great! It is low carb, cal, sugar, fat. It is a bit brothy. Simple solution to that is to add your own goodies. I add fresh squash, carrots, and one small can of chicken to it. Dice your squash, carrots add 8 oz of water, cook till tender. (Small squash, carrot) . Slowly mix in seasoning packet while on a slow simmer. Continue stirring all packet in until no clumps. Add one small can chicken, let it heat. This is very filling, and everything I described equals, 14 carbs, 258 Calories, 9 sugars, 18 fat! Great weight loss meal! Highly recommend it!!! Enjoy!!

Doesn’t taste good and without exaggeration, smells like barn dirt. I tried it 3 times before throwing it out. I was concerned that it might make me sick. Buy bariwise cream if chicken instead.

I have enjoyed each one of these they taste good. They’re easy to carry with you and to use. They definitely helped me meet my weight loss goals.

There are seven packets in a box, so it's good for one lunch per day for a week. They taste okay, pretty good, actually. What disappoints me are 1) the price and 2) the high temp requirement. The price at $14 which is what I paid when I bought it is about $2 per packet!! To me, that's insane for a bowl of powdered soup! The only reason why I think I would have made this purchase is because either I didn't pay attention to the price, or I didn't pay attention to the number of packets. The high temp requirement is an issue because I like to use my Keurig k-cup machine to fill cups of powdered stuff like this (run once with nothing in it to rinse it out, then run it again with nothing in it to have instant hot water). That's unfortunately not hot enough for this product. You need BOILING hot water. Not simmering hot. The components in the packet need a lot of heat to actually cook in the water for a couple minutes. With that much effort required, I feel even more jipped for that $2 price.

Smells wonderful! I would recommend that you use at least 9 oz of water instead of 7oz to compensate for how long you have to boil it. What worked for me is dumping the pack into boiling water, let it sit for 5 minutes. Then I put it in my Bullet Blender and blended it well. After that, I put it in a big soup cup, microwaved it for 3 minutes and let it cool a bit. Its a great sipping soup.

So I've tried Wonderslim's other products and I have to say this is my least favorite by far! They're not hard to prepare, the minestrone soup having the most complicated directions, so thats a plus. Each packet nets you either 8 ounces of soup which is not a lot at all so needless to say it's not filling. The sodium content alone makes these an unhealthy choice, however I place that blame on myself as I usually look at sodium content, this time I did not. The only soup that is decent in my opinion is the creamy chicken. It has the overall best flavor, even this just tastes like pure salt. The tomato was by far the worst...I could not even finish it. So overall, I would definitely not buy this again. I will stick to the protein bars and their REGULAR shakes, these are good!

I purchased these because I was tired of only having "sweet" meal replacement options. I am not really big on sweets and diet shakes and snacks are ALWAYS sweets.... These soups were great tasting and filling. My first box came damaged and the seller quickly sent a replacement so 5-stars to them! If I have any critique it is that you do not get an even assortment of soup flavors. Each of the two boxes contained 2 chicken noodle, 1 tomato, 1 minestrone, and 3 chicken vegetable cream. I do enjoy them and like this seller so I will be ordering more products from them!!

Great soup to travel with for liquid meals after dental surgery. Very flavorful, no salt needed, very satisfying for a meal. I mixed with hot water, and chilled bowls to have after dental work. Perfect. No issues on plane security check to costa rica for dental work.
