NOT for Daily Drivers
If it's solid engine mounts your looking for then look no further. These are SOLID. I had read reviews elsewhere when considering installing them in a lightweight platform that mentioned a "harsh ride" for 3-6 months (or about 3-5 thousand miles). After which, everything was reported to calm down (less annoying). However, and please, please note this: I drive my vehicle (that the mounts were installed in) about ~300 miles (probably more) in a work week. My driving consists of about 30% city, 70% Highway speeds. THESE MOUNTS DO NOT CALM DOWN. No amount of sound proofing / vibration proofing material will make a difference. Everything (and I mean everything) will vibrate. A never-ending back and brain massage.I give these 5 stars (and I did install the 4th, front engine mount as well) because they are what they are. If I had to do it all over again I would have stuck with the factory mounts. Solid engine mounts IMO are fine if your talking about a heavier engine in a heavier platform (I've installed sets on larger power plants with great results). For use in a light car such as the RSX Type S I would urge you to reconsider unless you have removed your interior and plan on using purely for the strip.

Don't buy these mounts unless you want to drive a VIBRATOR
The only one I could use was the transmission mount ,after installing right front & rear mount my car vibrated so bad the rear view mirror shook & whole interior was rattling, so I removed the rear mount & compared it to a new factory moun, it was wrapped in rubber which isolates the frame from the engine. I installed the factory rear mount & the car still vibrated more than I could stand so I replaced the right front with the factory mount & now its back to normal & I like driving my car again.I wouldn't recommend these mounts to anyone except for racing only they are not for a daily driver ,what a waste of my time & money
