At first I thought that this product wasn't any good but after reading up some I discovered that my first failure was indeed due to user error. It is important to give the product about 20 minutes to hydrate and make sure the PH of the solution is correct. After doing this the product worked just fine. The instructions provided on my project failed to mention these 2 things are critical to a successful outcome. Good!

You have to put a lot to make a gel. I trief with aloe vera gel. You should put alot. I dont knw why but it doesnt make sense spending so much to make gel.
