I just received this today and set it up. It will be going into a play yard at some point. It was simple enough to put together, some pieces don’t fit quite flush, but it doesn’t seem to be a big problem. One of the border pieces wasn’t cut right when it was manufactured, so it’s uneven, which messes with my OCD a bit. I wish I had realized that the little shape come out, because I don’t really like that feature, but that’s my bad. Both my 7 month and my 2 year old were immediately drawn to it, they seem to enjoy it a bit. My 2 year old was trying to use her nails to pick at it. I got her to stop, and it held up well, there is no damage at the moment. Overall, it’s what I expected for the price and based off of pictures.

This is one of my favorite purchases for my son and at the price I was a little worried it would be cheap but so pleasantly I was wrong! From birth-rolling over this was just cute gentle backing for his head. Now with sitting up, crawling, trying to walk...it's been such security from my wood floors! Not to mention he pulls a corner off and is entertained for AGES. He does chew the foam but even with 8 teeth he hasn't truly damaged any of it. It's a fun puzzle and protective barrier! I love it. Easy to wipe down too. Overall a must have for a baby!

While the mat is fun we would have preferred less pieces to assemble. We bought this thinking that the tiles will be separately assembled as a puzzle. However every little design is a loose piece and falls off while we try to assemble or clean this. And as the pieces easily dislodge, our infant tends to sometimes pick things up and chew. So unless you are prepared to assemble lots of tiny pieces in the larger blocks for the mat, then this is not for you.

Overall great product! Love the colors and pattern! Works great for smaller baby. But all of the pieces come apart so when they’re older they’ll be able to grab say they wing of the plane out which wouldn’t be ideal.

I love this mat. It’s just the right size for my son to play on without overtaking his room. It does have a lot of pieces and my son does take it apart a lot. However, it’s meant to be taken apart. It’s a fun activity for us putting it together so we can play on it.

Perfect gift my son he has adhd and autism and he is really enjoying his mat a lot. Lets talk about a relief from all the bouncing noises now my neighbors can relax on their Sunday morning and read the paper in peace. It also makes the playroom looks great!

The packaging says ages 3+ on it, and this is clearly meant for older children. Each colored section of the inner part comes out, and some of them could definitely fit through a toilet paper tube.. causing a choking hazard. This does not create a safe place for a baby..Update: This mat is so frustrating, every time you sit on it to be near to the baby all the pieces come out. The Dino mat they make is awesome though.

In the picture, there are many colors to each design on each square. The problem is that each little colored part separates from the other pieces. That means a giant mess when your little one starts pulling the pieces apart. The pieces are not small enough to swallow but some can fit entirely in a 5 month old's mouth, which caused some dismay and could've caused gagging if I hadn't prevented it. I recommend to the manufacturer to produce each little truck design as one entire piece that can pop out of the larger square for the puzzle effect.The playmat is very colorful and exciting. My baby and I really enjoyed the designs and I wish it could've worked out. The return was hassle-free and the company refunded my money promptly.I will definately buy from this company again...just something with less small parts
