I wasn’t sure this was doing much of anything - along with everything else I’m taking for histamine intolerance- but the second I stopped the Quercetin the hives started so guess it is working!

Arrived very quickly, description as advertised. Very easy to take capsules, no taste, great product so far.I have been poorly for a couple of months & started taking this.
