Bad carrying case
No more getting a strong zip up case. Came with a flimsy flip open magnetic closing box. Glasses were as good of quality as all the old ones..

Poor durability and worse support
The company makes it hard to return or exchange even though it's their lenses that scratch so easily. You can see this common complaint even on their "highest scratch-resistant option" sunglass on their website called the Makoa. One scratch and the sun is burning right through to your Cornea making them worthless. You are also better off going to Sunglass Hut and having a sunglass product trained rep give you exactly what you need regardless of brand. I told the untrained Maui Jim web chat agent what I needed and ended up getting sunburns all across the sides of my eyes due to their ill-advised recommendation. Later on, I finally drove far to Sunglass Hut to get better support before I would go blind as a professional driver and they gave me the exact sunglass that went on to protect me. Maui Jim then would not take their easily scratched glasses back as Jake D's review mentions on the website product review drop down. This was a $279 mistake that I can't even get a partial refund for and it all started with shopping on the Maui Jim website instead of going into to a Sunglass Hut to speak with an expert.
