Interesting book
The media could not be loaded. I bought this book as part of my theology class. It's really interesting and not that difficult to read. I highly recommend it. Very good information about the youth.

Best Resource Available!
Tim and Andrew are two of the best curators of research and scholarship around the topic of next generations. Their information comes from both the trenches and the finest researchers around today on the topic of Gen Z. More than any of Dr. Elmore’s other books, Unfiltered arranges the information nine continuums and offers practical advice and logical next step options for parents, educators, coaches and employers of Generation Z. I bought copies for all our Student Development team at the college I currently serve. Our discussions around these topics continue to inform our choices as we serve our students. Most of the Growing Leaders resources are constantly used in my life as an educator, but this one is my newest favorite!

Illuminating, with helpful action-oriented advice for parents and educators working with Gen-Z
This would have been a 5-star review were it not for the repetitive nature of the book, and the constant plugs for the author's other products (Habitudes, Growing Leaders, etc.). A lot of the descriptors of Gen-Z that Elmore details are already familiar to educators who have been working with these students closely for years, but the book serves as an affirmation and also gives sound advice for decisive action parents and educators alike can make to improve life for Gen-Z kids.

Outstanding book
This is an extremely insightful book about the generation that is presently under 20 years old. They have their own unique characteristics that are different from the Millennials. It has been helpful to me as I engage with this younger generation. Certainly we want to stay away from stereotypes, but understanding these tendencies can help us as educators, parents, grandparents, employers, etc to be better prepared to engage young people and help them transition into successful, fulfilled, and contributing adults. I particularly think every parent of children should read it. The authors give some great suggestions to avoid being parents who are "snowplows" and "bulldozers". I have already sent this book to many people and highly recommend it.

Must read for any parent with a Generation Z kid
This book is enlightening to say the least. I have a 15 year old daughter who picked it up off the counter and started reading it. She couldn't put it down. We are reading it together and the conversations that have resulted have been huge. It has allowed me to understand where she is coming from and she understands where I came from more. So thankful for this book. Just order it. I think this is one of the first reviews I have ever done on Amazon- out of the hundreds of orders:)

Good For Anyone Working With Teenagers
This book outlines several problems Generation Z has while growing up in an age dominated by social media, and it proposes down-to-earth solutions that anyone can use. Valuable for anyone who struggles to relate to children or adolescents.

Not a review of book, but the condition of book
Book is interesting read, but book arrived in a used condition. The front cover was bent and had several worn spots.

A must read for parents, educators, coaches and anyone looking to understand students today. Add this to your reading list.
