Yes, if it is the 750 ml bottle. I think some of the other sizes are plastic.

No. The larger size is plastic.

Q: Has anyone used this Syrup for Mojitos?

All the time. It adds a level of complexity that simple syrup doesn't and makes a great complement to most rums. I do mix up Demerara syrup for so rum and bourbon drinks to add a stronger molasses note and still use simple syrup in my gin brinks. As an added bonus it is shelf stable.
