Q: how short is it at lowest position

My grandson is 6 months and is on the lowest setting where his tip toes just reach the floor

According to my daughter you can take the seat out and wash .

Thank you for your question. As per the instruction manual, to lower the heigh, twist block (R) 90 degrees, push it upwards whilst at the same time pulling the block forward. Then lower the walker to your desired height. When at the desired high, release the block and check the walker has locked into position. Thank you.

Sounds broken. Everything that moves makes a noise on my one.
