Good quality will definitely use again

Reliable, vigorous yeast
I just used this yeast to make my first batch of 'shine from 2 gallons be of fruit juice in my new Air Still. The yeast was strong and went into action fast. A week later I was ready to run the wash. You use one teaspoon per gallon of mash so this package is efficient and will make a lot of mash. I recommend this product as reliable, fresh, and a good value. You don't need to buy the expensive single use pouches of Still Spirits yeast for the Air Still. This yeast made perfectly fine alcohol. I run the alcohol through a charcoal filter after its diluted.
