Q: can I use this to make soap?

You sure can, I just did! Small areas will require a thin batter to fill properly.

Q: How many oz do they hold?

I can fill these with 10 oz bag of of melting Chocolate wafers in one of these and still have left over. They are not that big.

Q: I wondering if this mold can be used for epoxy resinn you use this mold for resin

This mold is made from silicone. I have used it to make chocolate frogs filled with caramel for my kids (Harry Potter movie nights for their 2020 quarantine birthdays). I have not used epoxy resin, but if you can use silicone for epoxy resin then it should work.
