Victoria 6-Inch Glass Lid Round 6.5-Inch Cast Iron Skillet or Pan, Custom Made for Only Brand, Internal Diameter 6-Inch, External Diameter 6.5 Inch

After going through a couple of glass lids that claimed to be for 12.5-inch pans, I wasn't sure if I could find one that actually fit my 12.5-inch Strata carbon steel clad pan. The outer rim of the pan is about 13 inches, and the interior rim about 12.25 inches. I didn't want to go with a lid having the multi-size stepped silicone rubber rim which tend to sag toward the food as the size of the pan increases. This Victoria lid has a 12.1-inch inner rim. The domed lid fits with just a small amount of wiggle and just covers the pan. Perfect, as far as I'm concerned. It looks nice, seems to be well made, and I won't be using the lid in an oven so it should last the life of the pan (forever?).

I purchased this lid only for the stainless steel knob on top. My cast iron Dutch oven lid had a plastic knob, Soviet I switched it out with this knob, and it works awesome and can go into the oven up to 450 degrees, and was much cheaper cost than just purchasing a “high end” knob, so a win win!!

It was perfect in cooking Paella n the cover fit well.

Fits perfectly, simple design.

The lid was ordered for a large chefmate stock pot. I did not want to throw the pot away, and the fitt is extremely close - also works on my cast iron skillet. Amazon was the only place I found a lid in the required diameter.
