Neenah Exact Vellum Bristol Cardstock, 8.5" x 11", 67 lb/147 GSM, Ivory, 250 Sheets (81368)

I bought this paper for the purpose of making paper pieces for English Paper Piecing. I love that it is heavier than regular paper but not as heavy as regular cardstock so it needles well. The regular heavier cardstock was to heavy and hard to needle. The price was really great. I would recommend this to others that make their own paper templates for English Paper Piecing. Update: 6/28/15 I have been using this cardstock for a while for my English Paper Piecing. I find it is great if you are only sewing Hexagons. However when doing more complex designs which have other shapes, I have found it to be a little stiff for that purpose. This paper is exactly the same weight as the pre-cut laser ones that you can purchase on line. While this a great cardstock for doing simple EPP hexagon flowers, I prefer the other for more advanced EPP designs.

NOTE: THIS IS NOT VELLUM PAPER BUT CARDSTOCK. I purchased this product to used for a church youth class. The cardstock arrived quickly and undamaged. The color is a soft sunflower yellow (not too yellow and not too pale). The cardstock is a great weight and works great with my HP OfficePro 8610. The paper has never jammed or caused any issues. I have cut 75 hearts from this cardstock and pleased with its durability. I also, purchased Neenah's vellum paper aka cardstock in different colors for business activities. Neenah makes great products. Whenever Amazon offers a reduced price or an open-box item, I try to snap them up.

Every Christmas I make photo cards and have been using 110 lb cardstock. I didn’t realize that there was a cardstock that was a bit less heavy. This is wonderful. It went through my printer with ease and folded much better than the heavier one. I’m sold!

I like the quality of the paper. I like the way colors lay down on it when coloring.

What could go wrong?--you'd be surprised--I gave up other brands totally--this is a pleasure to work with and the finished product ALWAYS looks classy. Heavy enough to avoid creases/wrinkles. Not too heavy to fold cleanly. Works perfectly in a printer. Color is perfect, in my opinion. Not yellow--not tan--exactly what the package shows it to be.

Great quality cover stock. I had to return it because it was light blue when I ordered white and the description says white.

It is not too stiff for my HP inkjet printer and substantial enough for the cards and journals I create. The shade of ivory is really rich, much darker than I expected. Not sure it will work for every application, but good to have on hand at the right price.

This is NOT vellum!!!! It is cardstock. As far as cardstock goes it is a nice color and a good value. But I needed vellum!!! The package was opened when it arrived.
