The media could not be loaded. I love this tornado blending power cup, It's easy to clean and it's more powerful than the battery kind of cup, when u turn it on! I use this cup to blend my supergreens powder and collagen with water, haven't tried other drinks yet! But it only blends liquids and powders and eggs! Happy with this cup, I recommend it

Will not charge
I purchased the version with the rechargeable battery. No matter where I plug it in, it won't charge. They supply a USB-C connector to plug it in. I tried using my computer, a cell phone charger, and a wall socket, and absolutely nothing worked. Since the charge was depleted, the mixing cup would only work when it was plugged in, but after mixing it wouldn't charge. Maybe the one with removable batteries is better?

Wont hold a charge after 6 weeks
I have had this bottle for 6 weeks and now it wont hold a charge. I have the base plugged in overnight and it worked for one drink this morning then quit. My family mixes our vitamins in the bottle and I can't even get that done in the morning. Of course my return window closed 2 weeks ago so now it is just wasted money.

Button issues
Worked great at first. After about a month I started having problems with the power button. It would either not come on or would not turn off. I will also come on by itself.

Completely unreliable
This is probably the worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. This thing doesn't work more often than it does - and multiple times I hear a buzzing in the kitchen and the thing has turned itself on and just runs and runs. It seems to run when I am not using and not when I want to use it. Returning it appears to be more of a task than necessary. Avoid this all costs. I'm searching for something that actually performs as promised.
