Great for kids
My daughter loves this book and the whole series of ninjas. They’ve given her the words to talk about how she’s feeling and created an opportunity for us to work through big feelings together. Highly reccomended the entire series.

We love this book!
Got this book as a part of my sons many birthday presents. He has ADHD and struggles with self and anxiety. I think this children's book collection is perfect for him. So far I have received the Anxious Ninja and the Anger Ninja will be in soon. The book has easy words that my 6 years can read by himself without help, but still has a great message. Its perfect for him. I cant wait to get them all for him and help him understand his emotions.

Great book for young kids who struggle with anxiety.
My kiddo is constantly saying he can’t do something or it’s too hard. This book gives him a strategy in a fun way and real life scenario that a 5 yr old would face to recognize what he can control. And then he does it. Morning routines are easier when he can do this and is cooperative vs anxious.We love all the books we have read in this series (5 total so far with more to come).

Managing anxiety
This is a fun read showing how to manage and control anxious feelings. Everyone gets anxiety, and you can get through it by managing your thoughts & feelings. This book really hits home with my older son, who has anxiety when taking tests. Hopefully with the methods provided in this book he can ease his anxiety better. Looking forward to reading more from this series!

Another Great Ninja Book on A Very Important Topic!
I think the author has done it again by producing a fun book that really gets to the heart of a real problem like anxiety and provides kids with an easy to remember tool to help them manage their own anxieties. I also love how the various ninjas provide advice and guidance to each other in these books. I think it is a positive example of teamwork and supporting your friends.

Ehhh it’s ok
It was just not what I was looking for in trying to help my kids with anxiety. We read it once the message is not a theory I like, and my kids thought it was lame.

For every child with or without anxiety
This book is great for all kids. It will help teach those that are anxious to ground and feel better and help others help those with anxiety. It's a sweet book!

Valuable, simple-to-follow advice relevant to adults as well as kids!
This is a great little book for adults as well as youngsters, and possibly my favourite so far in this cool ninja series. When Anxious Ninja learns the 3 Rs (Recognise, Relax and Refocus), he learns that his anxiety doesn’t need to control him. We may not all have the skills to win a running race, but we all have areas in our lives where anxiety holds us back from giving our best performance, and this book provides valuable, but simple-to-follow, advice. Go Team Ninja!

Stress for kids is just as real as it is for adults. This book is a great way to help kids deal with anxiety in their lives.

Good Read!
Definitely a good book for higher-functioning kids/kids who have good receptive language. Breaks down anxiety and how to manage it in an easy way. Will definitely be using it with some of my students!
