Was hoping for miracle results like others have stated, as I've noticed some version of brain fog and difficulty focusing become more prominent in the past few years. After 3 weeks of use, I didn't notice ANY changes, it might as well have been a placebo. - Fit 36 y/o male that exercises daily and is in touch with nutrition.

I think there is something to this supplement. I’ve been taking it as recommended and I do notice a calming more focused effect and also an increase in my dream recall. I’ve only been using it for less than a week and I feel something positive. Time will only tell but I think this supplement needs more time than just a few days to get better results, but so far I like it.

Improves my memory quite significantly after taking 1 bottle. Highly recommended. Deserves 5 stars if packaging could be better. Bottles were very warm when I received them. Would be better if these were enclosed into cardboard material like iHerb to improve insulation.
