The media could not be loaded.  I was going to wait to see how the seller handled my concerns before posting a review but after exchanging a few messages and them requesting multiple pictures of the product I informed them was broken, they stopped replying.Here’s what’s right with this trash can: It’s cute, sleek and matched the aesthetic in my bathroom perfectly. My husband even enjoyed it.Here’s what’s wrong: After about a month or so the clicking mechanism that allows the push top to function started sticking. It had to be pushed twice and then manually opened instead of it just popping open after one push. It wasn’t the worse thing in the world so I dealt with it. Except less than 6 months after the purchase, the side piece that keeps the lid attached broke off as shown in the pictures.Customer Service: I reached out to explain what happened and inquire about the warranty since I’m beyond the return window. They replied requesting pictures (sent the above) then asked for address and phone number. They then replied stating the shipping manager wanted to see full pictures of the top of the can. I sent those pictures and never heard back from them.My biggest issue is that the trash can was $45 and broke in less than 6 months. Hence me asking about the warranty but was never given that information and was ignored after sending the additional images they requested.The can is cute but absolutely not worth $45. I’ve gotten just about everything we needed to dress up our newly renovated bathroom from Amazon and have had nothing but great reviews except this product. I would NOT recommend.Edited to add that 4 weeks later they shipped me a new lid for a can I had already trashed when I didn’t hear back from them so now I have a useless kid with no can. A waste of resources and terrible communication and customer service.

I like the concept of a slim waste container that looks clean, is easy to clean and maintain, and is inoffensive due to its size and touch lid. I suspect it will need gentle handling of the lid. The idea of a touch lid is grand. Upon examining the construction and using the touch lid, it will NOT suffer any type of rough handling. Just me in control presently and not many others to roil the waters, so I am presently pleased with my use of the touch lid waste container in bathroom next to the stool. Uses very small trash container and is designed for daily discarding. The lid is the only thing I consider a potential problem. However, I bought because of the touch lid, ease of cleaning, and theclean, slim design.03/08/21

We needed a closing trash can and the bathroom is small and tight. This fits that narrow space between the vanity and toilet to perfection. I also like the design--the container the trash bag fits into is separate from the cover portion, so there's no plastic bag showing on the sides like some other kinds of small trash cans.

It is small and compact. The internal bin has a hole in it, so any liquid would come out.

It is not real sturdy. Falls apart if you hit it the wrong way. The base needs to be held down with a latch of some kind. Idea is good but not what I needed.
