Jersey Fresh Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Fattoria Fresca, 28 Ounce (Pack of 12)

These are the freshest tasting canned tomatoes I’ve tried. They are my favorite for homemade pasta sauce and pizzas. This is a great product that I like better than imported Italian tomatoes from San Marzano.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!!!!!! I just emptied the sauce into a pot and added a little bit of sugar and a bit of garlic powder and Bam 💥 topped my pasta 🍝 I swear I never had pasta this good, ever, and I am Italian! After receiving I didn’t use this right away and now regretting cause I can’t find them X...( PLEASE BRING THEM BACK! I could just cry 😭 a thousand tears, Yes they are that GOOD! I could eat them straight out of the can that good. My husband and I differ on tomato sauce/pasta sauce and WE LOVE this BRAND! I thought my search was over for a High Quality product sauce, I have been on a mission to find this exact product to never be with out. I am telling you you can taste the quality and fresh pureness of the ingredients. It makes me sad to have returned here to reorder to not find them even listed. My search continues.

I know already I love the product and I was thrilled to find Jersey Fresh on Amazon but the packaging I'm not real happy about. A case of large cans is pretty heavy and the box should have been smaller(inner box) or had dividers. Several cans were dented, three are so bad I'm not sure how I'm going to get them opened or if it's safe to eat them(?). These canned tomatoes are fantastic and the closest this Jersey girl is going to get to real Jersey tomatoes!

Love this sauce

Use for pizza sauce. Competitive pricing. Double packaged but 4 of 12 cans have big dents like it was dropped on one side. Will use damaged cans first. Next time will look to purchase locally due to shipping damage. Great flavor. Just made two dishes of fresh lasagna with the dented cans. Incredible flavor. Not too sweet or salty.

I'll admit that I might be biased being from New Jersey originally, but I know great tomatoes when I taste them! Did I mention that both sides of my family are from Italy? These tomatoes are not even easy for my mom to find in New Jersey, so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon. These crushed tomatoes make wonderful gravy (!) or marinara sauce, and they really taste like tomatoes (not those pathetic red orbs found in gigantic grocery stores). I used to treasure these and only use them for special occasions since my mom would send them from her own stash. Now I can use them freely! My gravy turns out so delicious!!!

I don't buy imported tomatoes anymore because our Jersey tomatoes , made in the USA,are the best. They don't call it the garden state for nothing.
