This has done exactly what I needed it to do. I needed to lower the noise floor reading when recording and this has immediately lowered it by 8dB!!!!! That's huge! A fab product although double sided tape needs to be bought with it as the foam doesn't always stay in place (hence the 4, not 5 stars).

This is a good solution for small home recording projects with limited space and budget. It can't replace proper booth though.
