This is awesome coffee. It is truly rich and creamy. Delicious

I had been wanting to try this variety for a while, so I got myself some whole bean as a birthday gift. Honestly, this was what I always knew good coffee could taste like. All the good aspects of really good beans with zero tannic elements. I brewed some in my drip coffeemaker and in a stainless steel phin. I ground the beans to a medium coarse consistency, and the result was extraordinary. The full flavor of good coffee, and no masking of the flavorful undertones. My palette easily distinguished the advertised chocolate elements, and the coffee foundation was flawless. The price of these beans, when compared with other offerings of this genre was quite reasonable, and I’m at a bit of a loss as to how the expense of the competition could be justified. If your curiosity is getting the best of you, my first experience with this was amazing. If you like good coffee as much as I do, this would be the logical first step into this realm. Money well spent!

It's very flavorful but is it worth the cost? The cost lowered the product to 3 stars. It does give you some conversational fun. Look up how it's made and you will see!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I heard a lot about this coffee and decided to try it. I love the coffee and it’s even better iced.

I like this coffee. Been looking to try Kopi Luwak for a while now. Rating seemed overall good. I did a little research and the company appears to use humane wild range bean collection (i.e. no caged animals). I tried different grinds (ultra-fine through course) and brewing techniques, as long as I use filtered water and don't over brew the grinds it seems to be consistently good. The taste is had to describe: refreshing, clean, not bitter. It seems to have just a very slight hint of chocolate. I've heard others use the word jungle, while jungle is not a flavor I think I know what is meant by a jungle taste. For the price this is a good introduction to Kopi Luwak.

This stuff is nasty! Im glad it’s gone and would not recommend. It is so bitter I was forced to use a creamer and even that didn’t help much. You get what you pay for. If you really want to try the real deal, dish out the cash and buy Volcanica.

Coffee tadte very pure and rich. The aroma is enticing. A little bit expensive for the quantity.
