Folkmanis Small Chameleon, Brown/a

As a middle/high school teacher dealing with teaching through Zoom, I often struggle to have class discussions with students who choose to not unmute and add to the conversation. Therefore, I have decided (since I am talking to myself anyways) to add a student to the group that will actually respond to my questions. I am a BIG Ms. Frizzle fan, so when I saw this chameleon hand puppet, I knew it would be the perfect choice. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and size of this puppet. My new classmate will come out whenever crickets appear in the discussion. I haven't used it yet, but if nothing else, it will entertain ME. And isn't that the most important thing?

My son loves chameleons and had one who passed away, he’s since been scared to get another (he’s 10) anyway I got him this for Easter and he’s been carrying it around with him the entire day. He absolutely loves it. It looks so real! The eyes are perfection. He feels like he has a real lizard who will never leave him and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the little things!

My daughter absolutely loves the shiny green larger Folkmanis chameleon, and when she saw this newer, smaller, colorful one she begged to own it as well. Collette is a welcome addition to her collection. She's a little small (so a bit hard to maneuver with just 2 fingers), but very colorful, soft and cuddly with the curly tail, and well made.

My son immediately took to this cute little puppet. The tail curls around and is stiff enough that it can hang off the arm and the eyes are really chameleon-y! :)

I like to use props with my PreK and Kinder art classes, and this guy was perfect for my chameleon project. Very pleased with the quality.

I loved the size of my chameleon and the weight was nice, but I would have changed a few things before production. The color is much darker than I expected (that’s why it resembles some sort of dinosaur ready to eat me instead of being a cute, s l o w, colorful, pet). A lighter shade of green and perhaps posable legs for it to hang from foliage or my curtains would have been nice. Also the skin folds along the neck are rather generous but all in all I was happy with my purchase. I did not name it like I usually do for a new member of the family (but I don’t think it would hardly notice anyway).

My daughter loves chameleons and asked for “chameleon stuff” for Christmas. This almost looked too good to be true when I found it here. I’ve bought plenty of items that didn’t quite match the pictures but pictures don’t do this justice. My daughter is going to love her new chameleon.

La marionette vous l'aurez deviné n'est pas géante. Vous pouvez y entrer 2 ou 3 doigts dans le cou vers la tête et la bouche pour pouvoir la bouger facilement et agréablement. Il ressemble tellement à un vrai. Les couleurs sont vraiment aussi magnifique sinon plus que sur la photo. Il est vraiment bien proportionné ce qui le rend à l'échelle parfait. La langue est bien rebondi et le haut est bien creux ce qui fait que la bouche ferme bien et reste fermée quand on le tient pas dans nos mains. La queue est bien tournée et assez rigide pour qu'on puisse la tourner autour de quelques chose pour qu'il puisse bien tenir d'une position naturelle. Il est très très doux et n'a pas de mauvaise odeur quand ont le sort du sac dans lequel il est. Ses yeux sont magnifiques et bien centré dans son visage. Les petits piques sur son dos et sous le menton étaient un peu écrasé mais c'est normal. Mais ils reprennent vite leurs formes. Et ses petites pattes sont parfaites et pas trop molles. Honnêtement j'ai jamais vue quelques chose d'aussi bien fait et qui semble si réel. Moi qui suis une fan de ces petits animaux je suis comblée. Léon le Caméléon sera une belle décoration sur mes plantes et dans ma voiture. Pas chère pour la qualité qu'on reçoit. 10/10

Muy buen material

I have little hands so this puppet was bigger than I thought but worked great. I love all of the colors and it is very well made. Used it in with my grade one class and he (Cam...I know how original?!) was a big hit. I love ALL my Folkmanis puppets.
