I am a fan of Rice a Roni.
I love both chicken and beef Rice a Roni because they taste good and are so versatile. You can add vegetables, meat, beef or chicken broth, almonds, raisins, apples--just about anything to create a wonderful meal at a low cost.

Taste great
Great side dish for Mexican meals, takes about 40 minutes from start to finish but worth the wait and a box feeds 4-5 servings easily

So much better than paying $3.59 per box, on sale at Safeway!! Whole case here, = $1/box!!
This Rice A Roni Spanish rice mix is my go-to anytime I make Mexican food at home. 1/ you cannot find it hardly anywhere I live/ The tropics.. and the 1 place that does, wants $3.59/box on sale!!Amazon and this seller to the rescue! This is like pre pandemic prices from the Mainland for us. Super happy to get it and will never buy it by the box again. I really do think this one of Rice A Roni's best mixes.. that added can of diced tomatoes just takes it over the top. Get this.

At age 75, this brings back a childhood favorite flavor!
I don't know why, but one evening I developed an insatiable desire to have Rice-A-Roni again. Tappity-click and Amazon brought it to my door. I was pleased by the fact that it is NOT excessively salty, as I find so many boxed rice-based mixes. The flavor is pleasing, and a single box makes more than enough for two evening's meals for my wife and myself.
