Bob's Red Mill Organic Spelt Flour, 20oz (Pack of 4) - Non GMO, Whole Grain, Vegan, Kosher

We bought this spelt flour to add to the other flour in our cookie mix at the Flour Box Tearoom. It adds a nutty flavor and just that extra level in taste to our cookies. The texture is nice and the quality of Bobs Red Mill is always top notch.

This flour kneads just like ordinary flour however I suggest taking a few minutes longer when cooking. It taste good to me. It's whole-wheat so you expect that taste.

I bought this Spelt flour and the quality was excellent. I used it for baking and cooking. It is gluten free and full of fibre.It is easy to use and it is tasty when used. Because of its lightness it bakes well and it is value for money. I really love it because it has less calories.

I love this flour. I have made cookies many times now and they taste delicious. It is a little expensive but well worth it.

So great! This was a good value, and it performed perfectly in baking. Spelt is good because it gives much of the nutrition of whole wheat without being so hard on the stomach.
