Needed to increase my calcium intake due to osteopenia. Pills kinda large and hard to swallow whole so I chew it up with some water which helps. Neutral flavor. Seems to be serving its purpose. Shipper was reliable.

I have never been able to tolerate any calcium supplement in any form--always some unbearable side effects. No side effects after 2 1/2 years of use and with Rx Calcitonin Salmon, my bones have improved.

This stuff is fantastic. When my Dr first prescribed it, I was skeptical. I was also in the red zone in bone density. A year later, I hit the green again, and he took me off of Prolia! He says so long as I keep doing the same exercise and take this drug, I am back in normal density!
