Yum! I wasn’t really expecting much but this is delicious!! I added fresh blueberries and these were the perfect American style pancakes.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 out of 5 stars is that it could use a bit more flavor complexity to truly stand out. Made waffles last night, really lovely and crisp. Only used half the recipe as I didn't want too many. Very easy to make, would recommend. Can't show a photo, we ate them.
