I’m new to gun ownership myself, but knew I needed a case. My criteria:- Something to secure the weapon- A place to keep its equipment- Can be locked for travel and approved by TSA- Sturdy and waterproof while appearing classy- Protective but easy to access without aggressive latches- Interior foam that I could configure to fit my itemsI studied cases for days and settled on this Lykus case because it met all these criteria and is nicely priced! I have to say, this is a great case! The foam was easy to configure and there is two layers of it, so I can secure some items vertically to save space.One comment to consider: the foam is thick- which is nice - however my pistol is relatively thin which allows it to “migrate” under the egg crate down of the lid. So I’m going to slice the extracted foam in half to raise the gun up enough to touch the foam of the lid - a minor nit for me.I like this case so much, I’m getting one for my wife and her firearm! I highly recommend this case for anything delicate or fragile and especially for a sidearm!

This case impresses in it sturdiness and customizing ability. Additional room for ammo or clips. I bought this case for my grandson who needs something to travel with. I would purchase again.

I needed a small/medium size case for a new drone and looked and many of them online. I liked the other reviews of the Lykus box and decided to go for the next to smallest which turned out to be a good fit. The foam is pre-scored and supplied in two layers for really quick and easy sizing for your equipment. Each of the two top layers has its own set of (roughly) 3/8" square segments to pull out and there is a small layer at the bottom not scored to ensure padding on the bottom as well. The top lid has foam as well and I was able to easily fit the drone and control, plus some supplies and instructions with room to spare. Batteries should usually be stored in a separate fire- and damage-proof case so I didn't worry about space in this case for my battery and spares. Highly recommend this case and know that it will keep my drone from extra bumps while traveling.

Received it very quickly, box seems very sturdy. There are some fit and finish items. One of the latches had a couple very sharp edges that need clipping or sanding to smooth them out.I bought this as a personal carry on to go under seat in front of me, so I can make sure camera and leses don't get too badly shaken. I have already ordered a larger one as well. This case is a very tight fit for a Canon T3i and a Canon 300mm f/4 L USM The orange packet is some desiccant to reduce humidity.The top of the camera sits just above the lip of the lower shell, but the case closes easily and this just means the camera is in contact with foam on all sides. The lens has some wiggle room, but not enough to cause concern.

Overall, very similar quality to Pelican. Two noteworthy differences:- The Lykus’s foam is slightly firmer which I prefer. The pluckable sections also seem to be a little harder to remove, another plus in my opinion.- The latches don’t inspire much confidence. Compared to Pelican’s, they are a lot lighter and do not pull the lid tight. I have no experience to say for sure it is or is not strong, but it makes it harder to trust the case.That said, I’m still using it since it’s the perfect height for my D3400 to sit upright. And I’m not planning to go to war with it.

This product is excellent for my coin collection. Safe, reliable, water resistant, heavy duty. I am going to buy again the bigger version this time.

This case is a tank. My buddy (kinda stupid) threw my backpack with my camera and lenses inside of this case 6 or so feet onto hard rocks on a shoreline after swimming with it. Not a crack. It’s not as easily accessible as a traditional camera bag but if you’re taking your equipment into a rough environment this thing will likely save your gear.

Box is excellent. Tight, strong and good looking. The issue I have is not from the manufacture but amazons quality control. This box was used and the foam inside was cut by the previous owner to fit his camera. I sent it back. Awaiting the same one again. Fingers crossed it isn’t used.

Super good quality, easy to pick the bits out. I don't think I'll go to Pelican again if I can get this cheaper.

Surprisingly affordable, and fits my lighting package excellently! The foam is the individual pick kind, so I was able to lock in my gear perfectly! Highly recommend for keeping your more expensive gear safe!
