Solved the Problem
Roughly a Month ago, I heard a lot of racket out of my AC unit that serves my upstairs bedrooms, Shutting it off and checking it out, I found a Frog hanging upside down from the grill getting hit by the Fan Blades. I took off the cover, removed said Frog (He had a Gash in his side) set him on the ground and replaced the Fan assy. When I was done, Mr. Frog was gone, So I guess he lived. I thought the unit was running fine after that, But.....Weeks Later: Standing on my Porch I hear a Humming, Same Unit as above is just Humming and Fan blades aren't turning. Researched online and found a YouTube Video with the guy saying his Capacitor was shot and bulging, He shows you how to replace it and also how to test it if you are unsure it's your problem. Not wanting to remove mine and get the 5-6 wires crossed, I just went ahead and ordered a New Capacitor after reading several comments on the YouTube Video about the Capacitor solving people's fan blades not turning. (Check and make sure your Blades Spin Freely, Otherwise you have a different problem like a seized fan motor)Item arrived within a few days, took 5 minutes to install and what do you know, Unit runs just fine. I know nothing of HVAC but changing out the Capacitor was easy, Just a socket to remove the screws(2) holding the cover access, and the bracket holding the capacitor (1) Change the Wires from Old to New, Put it back together and fire it up.At some point I will probably buy another just to keep on hand. I could never see where mine was bulging while it was on the unit, I was expecting it to bulge from the sides, But it actually bulges from the Top and Bottom, Once I had the New one to compare it was plain as day.Glad it solved my Problem and it arrived in 2-3 days.
