I got the Versa White board to use with an ultra-short-throw projector. I've heard that the "ambient light rejecting" boards are not ideal for this, but the versa-white board works very well.Since it is a material meant for both dry erase and projection, it is not a perfect dry-erase material. The markers dry erase but leave behind some faint smearing that needs to be cleaned off after a lecture with liquid cleaner. I've tried the board with my own dry-erase markers and got much bolder text, but a more severe smear. The board came with markers that work well enough, and you may want to compare markers for best results.Also, you have to use the correct eraser: I can't wipe away the dry-erase with a finger as one can with a regular dry-erase board. But these are small issues, and with the right marker and eraser this is a great product.

Took almost a month from when it shipped to arrival. Packaging was very good. Screen is decent but definitely has a bright spot in the center. One huge issue is the markers they send with the board DO NOT ERASE!! I wrote a few words with the red marker and it took me almost an hour of scrubbing to get rid of them. Regular cheap dry erase markers work fine.

I ordered three of these screens February 18th. I still don't have three functioning screens, and these things are expensive.The first one came, and was packaged very well. I opened it up, and the screen material was bubbled and coming off of the backing. I ordered a replacement from Amazon, it came within a couple of weeks or so and was OK. usable. The amazon replacement process was good.The second two screens arrived weeks later, separately. I opened one, it had the same problem of the screen material coming off of the backing. Completely unusable. I contacted the manufacturer to see what was up, they "had never heard of that before" and won't issue a return until I destroy the screen. Seems a little fishy, as the only reason I requested a replacement was because it's already unusable.I just opened the third one, and it's also unusable. This one, the screen isn't connected to the backing in any places, and it is free to wiggle, wave, and bounce around.Now, I've probably spent 10 hours total dealing with these useless screens. If these next two replacements are no good, I'm going to try and get a full refund and buy something reliable.Company support from both Amazon and Elite Screens were both good. Just a bad product!

Amazing ! Just what I needed for SkypeClassroom presentations. I have a good amount of light in the room for camera and this screen projects back to the HD Camera just as I had hoped it would. Images are clear and bright. Thaks Elite Screens for your help and suggestions.Richard

We just installed this screen in our training classroom and i cant wait to use it. I can write on the board and also display in image at the same time. This makes my pie chart lessions/math equations etc. a whole lot more easier to explain to my classroom. I havent tested it for movies yet, but so far the quality in the image is great. Im amazed how bright the image is dispite having some lights on because i cannot have complete darkness so that my students are able to take notes.Jordan C.

I purchased this through a VAR for the school I work at. It was to be a replacement for a damaged and now discontinued Epson whiteboard.There is very little I can say, except it is dark. Very, very dark. Not only does it reject ambient light, it rejects projector light as well. The only thing more disappointing than this product was Elite's customer service. Not helpful.The instructor wants the damaged board hung back up because you can actually see the image projected to it.*** UPDATE ***Elite Customer service called me back and acknowledged that he had confused the product number. This board is in no way, shape or form intended to be used with a short-throw or ultra short-throw projector. The darkness I noted is actually a tribute to it's ambient light rejecting capability. That is to say, the high sharp angle of the UST projector is seen by this screen as ambient light. That said, I will exchange it for the VersaWhite WB94HW.If I find a scenario where this would be appropriate, I would definitely choose this product again.
