Exact match for the OEM part - same markings, everything! Installation was easy, and no more leaking! We had an issue with debris from our well getting into the original valve, causing it to leak slightly. Since the valve is not serviceable, replacement was in order. This valve was exact match for the OEM valve, right down to the stamped markings. We've had it in for a few months now and so far, no issues. Will update this review if anything comes up.

My 10-year-old Samsung front-load washer had recently begun having a pool of water in it after it sat for a while. I knew from previous experience that since the clothes were not soaking wet after a wash cycle, the problem was not the drain pump this time. I took the top cover off, and found a single hot water inlet valve, and a quad cold water inlet valve. I assumed that these were a bit like kitchen faucets which can start to leak a little over time when the seals get old. I didn't know which one of the five solenoids was leaking, but the cold water valve had found solenoids on it, so I guessed that it had 4X as many chances to fail. I guessed correctly, but if I were doing this job professionally, I probably would have replaced both the hot and cold water inlet valves. It took about 20 minutes to complete and was much cheaper than hiring an appliance repair contractor. If you are handy with tools, you can probably do this yourself with just a Phillips screwdriver and a pair of pliers (There are plenty of youtube videos for doing this). Just shut off the water and unplug the washer before you start.
