Great after a long day on your feet

Thought the product was rubberised but it turned out to be nothing but cheap hard plastic. It was folded up in a small packet for posting and the 2 "tiles" now have a hard crease down the middle. Best avoided.

Would highly recommend, great for sensory input.

Hard plastic not good for laminate kids just slip

It has a very relaxing feel to it, it massages the feet very well. I like to walk, run and jump on it every now and then, or rest my feet on it while sitting at the computer desk. I always use it bare foot. Maybe make it slip proof as it moves around a bit. And it's a bit too soft, it needs to be made harder. After using it for a couple hours, you won't even need to pay heating bills. It will keep your feet nice, warm and fuzzy - step on it long enough and you will see. I will have to give it a 4 out of 5 because of its softness and because it is not slip proof. I expected something harder and painful judging by all the reviews I have read so far - I was sadly disappointed. Overall, a decent mat that keeps feet nice, warm and relaxed. You can apply black seed oil on your feet, to make your feet even warmer.

This was recommended by my chiropractor when she noticed one of my reflexology spots on my foot related to pain I had in my knee. It hurts to step or stand on this until your feet get used to it, You may want to try it with some socks at first. I played around with different spots on my feet and really noticed a difference in the disappearance of pain in my knees when I was walking up and downstairs after. I was so interested in the results of this that I bought a reflexology chart to see what parts of my foot went to were. I would definitely recommend getting this product. It works pretty well.

I love these. They seem to be a little bigger than the last 2 pack I ordered. I like to put them in the kitchen when i do dishes and cook. And on the my bathroom rug to brush my teeth.

Very effective thing for improving blood circulation in the soles of the feet. I recommend it to everyone who has cold feet. I ordered 4, connected them and got a mat that I just walk on. Thank you, it's cool!
