I bought a very large bag, so of course, the bag itself was quite heavy to lift. I like to scoop out some bath salts and keep in smaller containers. The bath itself with the salts was WONDERFUL! Relaxing and seemed to soothe my aching back, hip and foot. Natural fragrance was relaxing and it helped me drift off to sleep too! Good value for the money!
