Best salmon seasoning ever! My husband makeS salmon all the time on a barbecue grill. Everybody says it tastes better than a restaurant. It is so simple! He putS the salmon on a plate with some olive oil and sprinkles Salmon magic on it. I actually haven’t tried the fajita flavor, but the chef salmon magic is amazing

This is the best pre-mixed fajita seasoning I have found and I’ve tried almost all of them. The seasoning reminds me of what you get in a Mexican restaurant when you order fajitas.

Could never jeep this in my house. We went through it so fast. This large cobtainer is amazing.

The product I ordered is great. The problem I had was with the Amazon locker.

Pricey but great stuff. But, you have to like hot/Spicy or otherwise use springy and adjust to your likes/dislikes. I have turned several friends on to it. They use it in other things besides fajitas.

Chef Paul is the man! All of his seasonings are great, but the fajita is my favorite. We have fajitas a lot and this seasoning is the best.

I am always searching for the ultimate fajita seasoning, which to date I still haven't found. I decided to try this one because I have always enjoyed Paul Prudhomme's various seasonings. That being said, this is NOT the ultimate fajita seasoning, by ANY stretch of the imagination. It is just 'okay'. My problem with this seasoning's flavor is that they put 'cinnamon' in this mixture (easily detectable by my palate), and didn't include it in the list of ingredients. They can 'get away' with doing this, because the first listed ingredient is 'SPICES', which is a general heading used as a 'catch-all' for those spices they do not wish to identify, usually for 'proprietary-recipe' reasons. The cinnamon in this mixture, gives the food you season with this, more of a 'Caribbean' flavor than a 'Southwest Fajita' flavor. To some folks, that may be enjoyable, but it's not for me. I like more of a 'cumin' and 'cilantro' Southwest Fajita flavor, which is sorely lacking in this particular fajita spice mixture. This tastes like a cross between Fajita and Jerk seasoning. That is the best way I can describe it, and I just wanted to let other 'prospective buyers' know this in advance.
