Why doesn't it have usda stamp unlike other yogi teas?

Yogi is proud of their commitment to use certified organic ingredients as often as possible. All Yogi teas contain organic ingredients. The vast majority of Yogi's teas are Certified USDA Organic or USDA Made with Organic herbs through Quality Assurance International (QAI), an independent third party organic certifier. Additionally, their manufacturing facility is Organically Certified by QAI. As a certified organic facility, they follow the USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP) for their organic ingredients and teas.

All Yogi teas contain less than one calorie per tea bag and less than 1/2 gram of carbohydrates per tea bag. Some Yogi teas contain trace amounts of sugar due to the natural/organic flavors used their formulas (between 0.003 and 0.170 grams of sugar per tea bag). If a Yogi tea contains any natural and/or organic flavors or sweeteners, they would be listed in the Supplement Facts panel on the outer carton, as well as on the back side of the individual tea bags.

My tea bags open as they are steeping?

I have not had a problem with the tea bags opening while steeping and I have been enjoying this tea before bed for more than 6 months. Not sure why you are having this problem.
